Qualifications
Ontario Registered Dietitian with 6.5 years of higher education (MHSc, BASc), and 5 years experience, assisting women who dieted up to 55 years to reclaim their lives.

This is my motto. I will give you the only honest answer to break the toxic relationship with food and your body by providing a weight-neutral, judgment-free, brave space for all women with an anti-diet approach.
